All Soap Boxes, Sleeves and Wraps

Start with a tuck end box or a sleeve. A tuck end box closes the bar in completely and suits posting and shelves. A sleeve is lighter and shows more of the bar. If you are unsure, send us your bar size and where you sell, and we will suggest one when we reply to your email.

Type part of a name, such as window or kraft, and the list narrows as you type. The range filter groups products by job, for example boxes, sleeves and wraps, or gift sets. Clear both and all 16 products come back.

A box encloses the bar on every side. A sleeve is a printed band that slides over the middle and leaves the ends open. A wrap or band is thinner still and holds paper or the bar itself. Our page on box, sleeve or wrap compared sets them side by side.

Choose a sleeve, a wrap or a label. These leave the bar open to the air, so moisture and scent can escape while it finishes curing. Card can mark if a bar is still sweating, so let cold process bars cure fully before they go into a closed box.

A window box lets people see the bar without handling it, and the clear film keeps fingers off the surface. A kraft box with a white ink panel also looks tidy in a row on a table. Both stack neatly in a crate for the drive to the market.

Closed boxes protect corners and edges best, so tuck end boxes and bar boxes are the usual choice. Sleeves and wraps work too if you add a mailer or outer carton. Free tracked UK mainland delivery on your own order arrives in 2 to 3 working days.

Measure the finished bar in millimetres: length, width and height. The inside of the box is made to the bar plus about 2 mm each way. Check our guide to soap box sizes by bar weight if you only know the grams, such as 100 g or 150 g.

Yes. Shampoo bars and bath bombs are often round, around 65 mm across, and have their own ranges here. Tell us the diameter and height and we make the box to fit.

You can order more than one product, for example a box for your best sellers and a sleeve for a guest bar. Each product is quoted per job, so tell us what you need and we reply by email within one working day.

Ask for a quote by email and we reply within one working day. You then get a free design proof before anything is printed. Production takes 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof, and any misprint or damage reported within 10 days is reprinted or refunded.
