Box style, size, board, number of ink colours, finishes, a window patch, a card insert and quantity all play a part. A plain one colour print on kraft costs less than full colour with foil. Prices start from £0.25 a box, and your quote shows the exact figure for your job.

A close measurement is enough. Give us length, width and height in mm, plus the weight in grams. We make the box inside the bar plus about 2 mm each way, which is 1 mm a side. If your bars are still curing and shrinking, measure one that has settled.

Yes. Small runs are normal here, and quantities are set per job, so a single loaf or one market batch is a sensible place to start. Tell us how many bars you cut and the box style you like, and we will say what suits. Printing only begins once you have approved the proof.

Yes. Many makers run one box size with a different colour or label panel for each scent. Tell us how many designs you want and roughly how many of each. We quote the whole set together and send a proof for every version.

Mention the earlier order and say whether anything changes, such as the bar size, quantity or finish. If your bars have changed shape since the last batch, send fresh measurements. We quote again and send a new proof before printing.

Send what you have: a logo, a photo of your bars or a sketch of the layout. We prepare a free design proof from it for you to check. You can also look at Design Your Soap Box to plan your layout first.

No. The quote is a price for the job as you described it. You then approve the free proof, and printing only starts after that. If the numbers or the layout are not right, you can change them or walk away.

Production takes 4 to 6 working days after you approve the proof. After that, your soap boxes travel tracked to any UK mainland address at no charge and arrive within 2 to 3 working days. If you have a market or a wedding date, put it in the form so we can plan around it.

Check your boxes as soon as they come. Misprints or damage reported within 10 days are reprinted or refunded. Send us a photo of the problem and the outer carton, and we will sort it out.
