Start by telling us your bar size, the box style you are picturing and a rough quantity. We reply by email within one working day with a quote for that exact job. Once you accept, we send a design proof. Nothing goes to print until you have approved it.

Expect your quote by email inside one working day of sending us the details. Send the bar length, width and height in millimetres, plus the board you prefer, and the quote arrives faster than a loaf takes to cut. If your details are patchy, we will ask a question or two rather than guess.

No, but your bar measurements help. Measure a cured bar in millimetres, length by width by height, and we make the inside about 2 mm bigger each way. If you have a bar that is still shrinking as it cures, wait until it settles before you measure.

Yes. You get a free design proof before anything is printed, and it shows your artwork on the flat box shape so you can check wording, colours and where the fold lines fall. Look at it with a finished bar beside you if you can.

A logo file and your text are enough to start. If you already have a finished design, send that instead. If you only have a phone photo of a hand-drawn label, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be rebuilt. Soap sold in the UK usually carries the product name, weight, ingredients and the maker's details, so have those ready, and check the current UK cosmetics rules for your own products.

Read every line of text aloud, starting with the ingredients list and the bar weight. Then check that your scent names are spelled the way you want, the colours look right for your soap, and the fold lines miss any wording. Once you approve, that file is what gets printed, so take your time.

No payment is taken on this website. Your quote explains how to pay, and we work by invoice after you accept. If anything on the invoice does not match the quote, tell us before you pay and we will put it right.

Count back from your date. Making takes 4 to 6 working days from the moment you approve the proof, and the parcel then needs 2 to 3 more working days to reach you. Add a few spare days for proof changes, and mention your date when you ask for the quote.

We send free tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses, and it normally arrives in 2 to 3 working days. If your address is not on the mainland, ask before you order and we will confirm what is possible. You get a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Tell us within 10 days of delivery, with a couple of photos of the corner and the outer carton. Boxes that arrive damaged, or with a printing fault, are reprinted or refunded. Keep the packaging until we have replied, in case we need to see it.

Yes. We keep your approved artwork on file, so a reorder starts from the same design. Tell us the new quantity and whether the bar size has changed, because a recipe tweak that alters shrinkage can change the fit. You still get a quote by email first.

Yes. Quantities are low and quoted per job, so a first batch of a new scent does not need a huge commitment. Tell us how many bars your loaf or mould gives, and what you expect to sell in the first few weeks. We suggest a sensible amount from there.
