Give us the bar size as length x width x height in mm, the weight in grams, and roughly how many bars a batch gives you. Say whether you want a box, sleeve, wrap or label, and kraft card or white card. Mention a window patch or insert if you want one. A rough idea of quantity is enough.

Yes. Attach a print-ready PDF or your logo files to info@thesoapboxes.co.uk. If the files are too big for email, send them over WhatsApp or share a download link. Nothing is printed until you have approved a free design proof, so rough artwork is fine to start with.

Yes, if you lay a ruler beside it. Photograph the bar flat, then on its side, so we can judge length, width and height. Bars shrink a little as they cure, so tell us if the bar is still drying. We make the box inside about 2 mm bigger than the bar each way.

No. We have no showroom and no collections, because boxes are delivered. Our office is Office 704, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, and it is for admin rather than callers. Delivery is free, tracked and takes 2 to 3 working days on the UK mainland.

The quote comes by email within one working day. Once you approve the free proof, production takes 4 to 6 working days. Then add 2 to 3 working days for tracked delivery. If you have a market or a gift order coming up, tell us the date when you first get in touch.

Yes. Every job gets a free design proof by email. Check the spelling, the ingredients panel and the weight line, and ask for changes until it is right. Printing starts only after you say the proof is approved.

We can tell you what most makers include. On a bar sold in the UK you will usually see the product name, the weight, the ingredients and the maker's details. Cosmetic rules apply, so check the current UK cosmetics rules before you finalise the artwork. We print the text you supply.
